Billing details
Shopify manages paid plan approval and recurring charges. Catavexa applies the entitlements shown here after Shopify confirms the subscription state.
Each imported Shopify variant counts once toward the catalog limit. Feed limits include active and draft feed definitions.
Configuration and history are retained. Feeds beyond the new limit stop being eligible to run instead of being deleted.
Paid app charges are approved and billed through Shopify. Catavexa does not collect merchant card details.
Catavexa prevents new actions that exceed the effective plan. Existing data is retained, and restricted schedules stop running until usage is reduced or the plan is upgraded.
If a paid plan includes a trial, the length and start date appear in Shopify’s approval screen before you accept a charge. Catavexa does not start an undisclosed trial.
Plan changes are initiated in the app and approved through Shopify. When paid access expires, the store falls back to Free entitlements without deleting feed configuration.
One generated suggestion request counts toward the monthly allowance. The current in-app usage page shows the store’s consumption and effective limit.
No separate metered charges are added by Catavexa. Any recurring app charge is shown by Shopify before approval. Custom Enterprise terms are agreed in writing.
