Install Catavexa
Add Catavexa to a Shopify store and open the embedded workspace.
Use the permanent .myshopify.com domain when Catavexa asks for a store address. Catavexa never asks for the merchant’s Shopify password.
Before you begin
- You must be the store owner or have permission to install apps.
- The store should contain at least one active product with a variant, image, price, and inventory state.
- A Google Merchant Center account is helpful but is not required to inspect the Catavexa workspace.
Install and open the app
- Open Catavexa from its Shopify App Store listing or the private beta installation link supplied by support.
- Review the requested Shopify permissions and approve the installation.
- Open Catavexa from Shopify Admin > Apps.
- Confirm the readiness screen recognizes the store and shows the next setup action.
If installation does not complete
Return to Shopify Admin and open Catavexa again. If the permission screen repeats or the embedded app does not load, send support the store’s .myshopify.com domain and the approximate time of the attempt.
