Incorrect variant image

Keep each Google offer attached to the intended Shopify variant image.

Check variant identity first

Confirm the Google offer ID maps to the expected Shopify product and variant. Then compare the variant image, fallback product image, submitted image URL, and Google processed image.

Correct and resubmit

  1. Assign the intended image to the Shopify variant when possible.
  2. Reimport the product so Catavexa receives the new source image.
  3. Remove or correct any feed-specific image override.
  4. Rerun validation and resubmit only the affected record.
  5. Allow time for Google to fetch and process the image before reconciling again.
