Run the first synchronization

Before the first sync

• The Google connection is active and the correct Merchant Center account is selected.
• The feed target and product selection are saved.
• Products have been imported from Shopify.
• Blocker-level validation findings have been resolved or affected products intentionally excluded.

Run and monitor

1. Open the feed and review its readiness summary.
2. Start the manual sync.
3. Watch the synchronization history for queued, running, completed, or failed work.
4. Open Merchant Center issues after Google has processed the submitted products.
5. Run reconciliation to compare expected, submitted, and processed values.

A completed request is not the final check

Google may accept an API request and later report product-level issues. Use Catavexa’s processed-state and issue views to confirm the product is eligible and still matches the intended Shopify variant.
