Connect Google Merchant Center

Authorize the Google account that can access the merchant’s Merchant Center account.

Catavexa requests Merchant Center access only to manage product data sources, submit product data, retrieve processed status, and explain product or account issues.

Connect Google

  1. Open Catavexa in Shopify Admin and go to the Google connection step.
  2. Choose Connect Google.
  3. Select the Google account that has access to the intended Merchant Center account.
  4. Review Google’s consent screen and approve the requested access.
  5. Return to Catavexa and select the Merchant Center account to use.

Choose the correct account

  • Match the Merchant Center account name and numeric account ID.
  • Confirm the account represents the same business and website as the Shopify store.
  • Do not choose an agency or multi-client parent unless that is the intended setup.

Disconnect or change accounts

Use the Google connection controls in Catavexa to disconnect. New Google submissions stop after disconnection; removing Catavexa access in Google may also require reconnecting before later syncs can run.
