Understand variant limits, Shopify-managed charges, and safe plan changes.
How billing works
Paid subscriptions are approved through Shopify. Catavexa applies the plan only after Shopify reports an active or trialing subscription. Catavexa does not collect a separate card number.
Plan changes
- Upgrade or downgrade from the in-app plan area when live billing is available.
- Review the Shopify confirmation screen before approving a charge.
- On cancellation or expiry, the store returns to Free entitlements.
- Feeds beyond the effective limit stop running; configuration is not destroyed.
What counts toward limits
Imported Shopify variants count toward the catalog limit. Active and draft feed definitions count toward the feed limit. Generated suggestion requests count toward the monthly AI allowance.
