Request account data deletion

Submit a request

1. Email privacy@catavexa.com from an address associated with the business.
2. Include the .myshopify.com store domain and state that you are requesting account data deletion.
3. Complete the ownership verification requested by the privacy team.
4. Catavexa will confirm the request, its scope, and completion or any legally required exception.

What the request covers

• Shop connection and configuration records
• Stored catalog, feed, mapping, and Google connection data
• OAuth tokens and secrets associated with the account
• Synchronization and audit records, subject to necessary legal or security retention

Google and Shopify copies

Deleting Catavexa data does not delete source data held by Shopify or product data already held by Google. Use the controls in those services for their copies.
